In one word: perfect! Full marks for great friendly service, Corona hygiene concept is implemented here, cool location and the food is awesome !! Very tasty and well presented. Keep up the good work then you will make your way despite the Corona crisis .. we'd love to come back .... thanks for the great evening !!
MoreWe walked by the restaurant and it seemed very cosy, the next day we were in for some french kitchen. We started with a whiskey for my husband and a sauvignon blanc for me. It was the start of a very good night! We ordered the burrata and squid, lovely! And also had the rumpsteak, best meat we have eaten so far in Berlin! Portions were perfect, elegant. Waiter was a young man, very friendly and professional, we would come back just for him. It was our honeymoon, so we were celebrating and he asked the patron for a special whiskey to serve foe my husband, so nice!! Just 100% a fanatastic night for us. The check was also no surprise for us, it's really good price-quality for everything (wine was really good and crème brullee is their must have!)
MoreFantastic French place in an otherwise dead area. Long wine list mostly from France but a few other places as well. The scallops with cucumber and lentil sauces were divine. Escargots also nice. Mains - steak and Arctic char with seasonal vegetables - were both perfectly cooked and spiced. The proportions are all the right size which invites ordering three courses to be pleasantly but not overly full, though also ends up not being cheap. But it’s well worth it for the quality, taste and a special occasion.
MoreJust great! Thank you!
Small and fine shop French cuisine! Great three course menu. Delicious
You sit there very comfortably outside and enjoy excellent French cuisine. Especially the chicken liver pate as a starter was excellent.
MoreOn a warm Berlin summer evening, I and my daughter were able to convince myself once again that the Brasserie Le Bon Mori is one of my favorite addresses in town when I want to eat and drink well. As entrées scallops on lentil cream and a salad plate with burrata, followed by duck breast with chanterelles and two kinds of carrots and a “Provençale” tarte flambée. Several scoops of the homemade sorbets rounded off. Everything was carefully combined and prepared and worth every euro. In addition, the menu is clear (from my point of view an advantage for a good restaurant), the service fast, unobtrusive and yet attentive, the prices fair. So from me again a clear recommendation and full marks.
MoreService good, food was great
Today we went to the 3 course menu in the Brasserie Le Bon Mori and it was really excellent! Very, very tasty! It's been a long time since I've eaten such a good chicken! We will definitely be back again!
MoreFood, ambience, wine list and staff was great
Food was perfect, well presented and they managed to make all dishes special by using subtile taste notes.
MoreI had the tarte Boudin Noir petite and the duck, Magret de Canard. Both were very tasty. The service was also very friendly and attentive.
MoreDelicious French cuisine and very courteous staff in a nice, quiet atmosphere.
Nice place and very good food we can recommend it. Good service!
It is indeed an unexpected fine dining french restaurant in a rather quiet part of Kreuzberg. The first thing which I noticed was that Le Bon Mori gets it right when it comes to the cozy ambience. It is rather a low key for fine dining but somehow suits the neighbourhood vibe. Service was friendly and attentive. The menu is simple and helpful (albeit a few translation mistakes on English side), offering 3 course (€39) and 4 course (€45) set menu for people who hate to choose from a la carte menu. The food was pretty good but not superb in general, though the starter dish of salmon ceviche was pretty good. Mussels with French fires as main were a bit underwhelming (I easily had a better version before elsewhere). Consommé soup was a bit disappointing in its small portion and the dessert Tiramisu was good but not as you expected. Overall it was a fine choice considering the rather reasonable set price for fine dining. One specific problem we had was that the waiter kept opening new bottles of the same wines, and it ended up increasing the total bill. It would have been nicer if he had asked us if we wanted another bottle before opening new ones as we might have not needed or wanted to try another kind. But to be fair, we were a big group of people and someone in the group might have nodded when the waiter asked if he wanted to have more of the wine. I'm sure this place is still not yet to its fullest potential, and I would be happy to come back here again when they have a new set of dishes. If you're looking for a good French in this neighbourhood with friendly service and chill atmosphere, Le Bon Mori should surely be the one!
MoreDelicious fresh cuisine, friendly service. Middle guest room acoustically unfavorable (at least on one evening).
MoreSometimes you are lucky enough to discover something you were looking for in this particular situation. After the Hebbel, with a friend, to drink a delicious glass of wine in a pleasant atmosphere in Kreuzberg, that was what I was looking for and found in Le Bon Mori in close proximity to the theater. We sat at one of the beautiful, pleasantly large tables for two and were allowed to remain undisturbed and entertained long after the last restaurant visitors had gone home. Thanks again for that.
MoreClassic bistro cuisine with great flavors. The moules fries were outstanding. The starters show the full creativity of the kitchen. We'll probably spend the next evening at Bon Mori trying all of our starters. The wine list is clear but excellent. Our Chablis accompanied our food very well and was all too quickly. It's no coincidence that you get past Bon Mori. The path is definitely worth it.
MoreIf you’re craving Moules Frites, this is the place to go! They accommodated me even though I didn’t have a reservation and my dessert was super tasty
MoreLocation is strange at this end of Stresseman Strasse. Nice inside but it just seems out of place. High end french dining, tasting menus fine wines. In a dank and dim part of Kreuzberg.
MoreFeel at home Nice little brasserie with a very pleasant atmosphere and service, you can feel the passion of Mori when it comes to the dishes. I can only recommend.
MoreFrench restaurant with manageable map. Food is very tasty, for the relatively high price but also quite small. Staff is attentive and friendly.
MoreWe were a group of 8. The serving was a bit slow even though the restaurant itself wasn't too busy. The food itself was good, but not great.
MoreMy family and I are visiting Berlin from America. Tried out this French restaurant. Very nice outdoor seating. Loved the ambience. My family included my sister and 9 year old niece and 11 year old nephew. I tried the cheese and fruit platter with the honey truffle..very good.. the roasted sea bass, my family had the steak and the chicken with risotto. For dessert I had the mixed sorbet. My sister and niece enjoyed their steak. Whatever came with the steak they said wasn't very good. My nephew is not very adventurous with food but staff accommodated him. Chicken was very basic. He liked it. My sea bass was excellent. Two flavors of sorbet were tasty.. the green sorbet was basil flavored. Almost works. Almost. Service was friendly and helpful but slower. Took us nearly three hours to get through. Great place for adults..maybe not the best for families for young kids.
MoreOutstanding food. Fantastic service. A true hidden gem in Berlin. Le Bon Mori delivers out of the world food and wine experience and when this is combined with a great service by the most friendly waiter you could wish for, you are in a 5 star heaven.
MoreExcellent food, perfect service, nice place
A real top restaurant, really worth the visit, friendly staff and good food. Highly recommended.
MoreThere are no words to describe how excellent is place, food, wine and service. Delicious!!!
MoreIt was really good. Value for money at a high level appropriate. Service fast, friendly and courteous. The menu including wine accompaniment highly recommended and delicious. The ambience pleasant. We will be back :-)
MoreA very cozy restaurant with a touch of French flair. The French-inspired food was also excellent, with an incredible variety of flavors, beautifully presented and served by nice staff. Our next visit to Berlin is guaranteed to take us there again!
MoreHad a lovely meal here with my family. The food is excellent i had the 1kg of Muscles with fries and the chocolate cake for dessert. Excellent. There is a large selection of drinks to choose from wine, gin, beer and more. The staff are very friendly and provide a welcoming service.
MoreExcellent little French bistrot.
The best boudin noir (blood sausage) I had so far in my life. And being french I have had plenty! The quail and the chicken liver pate was also excellent. The wine was not up there but overall a very good experience.
MoreGood and nice, non chip
Wonderful evening! Sitting outside in mild temperatures. Great wine recommendations for duck liver and corn chickens, both really great! Very open, friendly service. The chef serves himself, great! Highly recommended 👍
MoreCozy place, dishes well presented and tasty. French food of a good quality. Service is not the best one in Berlin, table too small. Overall good experience.
MoreWe lived just near by and thought we would try this frensh restaurant out and was not let down. The tenderloin was really nice and we got a good red wine which the waiter recommended for the beef. The staff was friendly too and the price was worth it! :)
MoreA cozy little restaurant with the potential to grow. I sat and ate in the back of the small room. There are about six to seven tables here, so if they are all occupied, you can basically turn off the heating completely because it can get hot and stuffy. The food, I chose the corn chicken, was well prepared. I also liked the vegetables, as they had been grilled beforehand or were even grilled vegetables. The waitresses were always attentive and very friendly. That alone is now a reason to come back in Berlin.
MoreGood
I was invited to celebrate my friend's birthday! We were 10 people, we ordered 3 courses food: soup, goose and cream brulle. Food was delicious! They have a lot of wines, it took some time for us to choose one) I was impressed that every wine has detailed description in Weinkarte! So first we took white and then red wines) Restaurant was fully booked and i understand why...)
MoreVery good food, friendly & motivated staff, but too few waiters - so unfortunately long waiting time for everything& sometimes confusion with orders. The experience would have been much better with enough staff.
MoreThe coffee is rich and the creamy pumpkin soup is delicious. The decorations is simple yet elegant. I totally enjoyed the experience.
MoreLovely quiet place, good food, good price. :)
Really excellent and innovative food, enthusiastic and attentive service, and very reasonable prices. I don't understand why this place isn't fully booked every night. If you have an opportunity to eat here, you should -- it's among the best in Berlin.
MoreTop
Wonderful little place with great atmonsphere. Really enjoyed my visit.
We had lunch on a friday and there also were other people in the restaurant ( all French ). My wife and i were pleasantly surprised with the knowledge of both presented food AND the wines. We took the 11 euro lunch etc. Poisson wine double Espresso All excellent in taste and looks AND PRICE. We decided ( to be honest: my wife did and THAT is a first class recommendation ) to come back for dinner at beginning of Jan. 2017. The Restaurant is almost opposite the headquarters of the SPD and ho knows you´ll catch a glimps of Mr. Gabriel himself ( also famous for liking to eat fabulous food for small prices ) We go back ASAP !
MoreGreat wine selection, exceptional blood sausage
Environment: Spartan in a modern and cosy way but lacks attention to detail Food and drink: Simplicity at it's best with a few selectio. With the hopes that this changes with the season Service: Professional, good-looking and cute
MoreThank you for being with us!
We will call you back!
